    Shipping

    For Delhi NCR the delivery time is 48 - 72 hours. For other metro cities it can take up to 4-5 days.

    You will be notified by email on your order has been placed and shipped. Our shipping partner will also share shipping details via SMS.

    Products & Returns

    Each product description page has a detailed FAQ section. We've tried to answers all questions but just in case you don't find your answer, please email us : hello@feedsmart.in

    We accept unopened products within 7 days of delivery. The refund process will start once we approve the returned product.

    First, don't panic! Lots of studies show that babies may need to be exposed to a new food 8 to 10 times over several days before it's accepted. So be persistent! However, if she doesn't take to it feel free to consume it as a family or just donate :)

    Our products are organically sourced and naturally produced without any chemicals.

    Packaging & Shelf lIfe

    All our pouches have a inbult zip lock that should be properly shut after use. If you feel more confortable you can remove the produce and keep in air tight containers.

    Specific storage guildlines are mentioned on each packaging. However in general please keep them in a cool dry location. Flours and seeds powder should be kept refrigerated.

    All products are without chemical preservations and some have natural ones. Our packaging methodolody and material is giving shelf life.
