  • Bulk and catering orders may require additional preparation time, which will be communicated in advance.

Delivery Coverage & Methods

Gurugram 

Orders are fulfilled through Swiggy and Zomato, ensuring fast and temperature-controlled delivery.

Delhi NCR

  • Orders placed via our official website are delivered using Porter.
  • Delivery timelines depend on location, traffic, and courier availability.

Delivery Timelines

  • Same-day or next-day delivery may be available for select locations and products.
  • Delivery slots are subject to availability and confirmation at the time of order.
  • Delays due to weather, traffic, or operational constraints may occur; customers will be informed where possible.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout based on delivery location and order size.
  • Charges for Porter deliveries may vary depending on distance and time.

Delivery Conditions

  • Customers must ensure accurate delivery details are provided at checkout.
  • Feed Smart is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses, unreachable recipients, or refusal to accept delivery.
  • In such cases, refunds will not be applicable.

Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
