Refund policy

All Feed Smart products are freshly prepared and made to order. We therefore follow a structured cancellation and refund policy as outlined below:

Order Cancellations

  • Cancellation requests must be raised at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery or pickup date.
  • A 10% cancellation charge will be applicable on all approved cancellations.
  • Same-day cancellations are not permitted, and no refunds will be processed for such requests.

Refunds & Replacements

  • Refunds or replacements will be considered only for quality-related concerns such as damaged packaging, incorrect items, or transit-related issues.
  • Issues must be reported to our support team within 24 hours of delivery, along with relevant images/videos
  • Requests raised beyond this timeframe will not be eligible for review.

Bulk & Event Orders

All bulk, catering, and party orders are final and non-refundable, unless a verified error occurs from our end.
