How to Use

How to make a crispy millet dosa :

  1. Mix the Smart Brahmi Millet Dosa Mix with water to form a smooth batter.
  2. Let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Heat a non-stick pan, add Ghee, pour a ladleful of batter, spread it in a circular motion to make a dosa, and cook until golden brown.
